Payment Method
Payment can be made through CIMB/Maybank/Public bank account.
Payment process:
1. Kindly proceed with payment within 3 days upon confirmation of order. Please be reminded that all items are sold on first come first serve basis. Opmyshop reserves the right to resell items without prior notice if payment is not received after 3 days unless notification is given.
2. Payment can be made via ATM Cash Deposit/ ATM Transfer/ Interbank Transfer/ Online Banking Transfer. Please make sure the account holder name is correct before the transaction is confirmed.
3. As small note like RM1 and RM5 is not accepted by the deposit machine, customers are advised to bank in round figure (RM10, RM20, RM30…) whereby the balance will be transferred back to customer provided the customer has one of the following bank account: CIMB Bank/Maybank/Public Bank, otherwise the balance will be kept into customer’s shopaholicz account for the next purchase.
4. Please note that Interbank GIRO Transfer will take 1 to 2 working days, therefore the order will be handled only once the money is credited into our account.
5. Once the payment has been made, kindly notify us at opshop.blogspot.com/ Facebook (one piece shop)/ live chat/ text or contact us at Yong Seng 017-7980879 and provide us with the following details: your name, order number, amount, bank, date and time.
6. Then the confirmation will be updated within 24hrs.
7. Order with the payment and notification received before 10am (Monday to Friday) will dispatch on the same day, otherwise, the order will be dispatched on the next working day.
